It's crazy what can happen when you go on holiday!

That is what an English policeman realises on a trip to Hamburg. He is puzzled by who is stealing the chips from the chip seller and who the big crocodile is looking for.

The secrets behind these mysteries will be revealed in an entertaining puppet theatre for young and old. A playful contact with the English language is established and we discover there are many ways in which we can make ourselves understood.

This bilingual theatre gives children a peek into the multiplicity of the world and makes it possible for them to observe people speaking more than one language. We can only begin to make ourselves understood in a foreign languge with a little bit of effort and good will. We hope to give children a little more awareness of other cultures and to show them an example of how to open a dialogue with people from other places. We also want to show some possible ways in which conflicts can be solved with the help of a little bit of perseverance - a good friend is useful too!
